It’s not the sexiest thing in the world. In fact, it is probably the most avoided task of just about every person that owns a vehicle. Regular maintenance is, however, extremely important. This one task can make the difference between a break down and an amazing adventure. Of course, there are those who say, “It isn’t an adventure until something goes wrong.”
Eating on the move can be challenge for the most experienced traveler. Eating healthy can be an even greater challenge, but it doesn’t have to be. All it takes is a little planning and making good decisions on what to pack and, more importantly, what not to pack.
In the United States the phrase, no replacement for displacement can often be heard around vehicle enthusiasts of every caliber. This a reference to engine size with the idea that bigger is always better. Americans just seem to not be happy unless their toys are larger than life. This post will attempt challenge that assumption.

Using vinyl wrap is a great and inexpensive way to give your vehicle a fresh look. Many comapanies will use vinyl wrap to add graphics, logos, phone numbers, and the like to a vehicle to improve visibility of a product or service. In the off-road world, professionals use vinyl wrap to display sponsor logos, team information and vehicle numbers. But what happens to vinyl wrap if you leave it on too long?

Sourcing parts for a vehicle as rare as the Isuzu Vehicross can be a challenge, and so far it has been. Mechanically, the parts are easy to find. Transmission, engine, even the AC compressor can all be found fairly easily. However, when it comes to body / trim parts, these can take more time and effort. I would check in with the Vehicross Facebook Group, but the only admin listed for the page seems to be AWOL and hasn’t added any new members for quite some time. I have resorted to blindly messaging individual members asking for the part I need.

I know it’s been a while, a long while since I last updated this blog. Work, family, responsibility, they can all conspire to burn through time. Sometimes, you have to make the time to do things we love or face an eternity of doldrum. After more than a year of working for career advancement I have found that I am not as happy as I was when I was out on some adventure, even the small ones count. Perhaps the small ones count most of all.
